I have been working recently with French plate company Legle<\/a>.<\/span><\/div>\n

The work consisted on visiting some of the very best restaurants in Taiwan, And take a series of photos displaying Legle plate, a portrait of the cook and views of the restaurant.<\/span><\/div>\n

I was surprised to see such a nice restaurant and building in Taichung and even more surprised to be able to talk with the chef in French. Beautiful food in beautiful location.<\/span><\/div>\n

I thought it would be interesting to see not only the food but the person who created it, when you reach this kind of level, the creation, the recipe forms a whole with the cook and this is where their personality shines through.<\/span><\/div>\n
I see it as more than food, and I have always had most respect for passionate people.<\/span><\/div>\n
