I was surprised to see such a nice restaurant and building in Taichung and even more surprised to be able to talk with the chef in French. Beautiful food in beautiful location.
I thought it would be interesting to see not only the food but the person who created it, when you reach this kind of level, the creation, the recipe forms a whole with the cook and this is where their personality shines through.
I see it as more than food, and I have always had most respect for passionate people.
